3 indicted on statutory rape charges

Three men were indicted on statutory rape charges by a Neshoba County grand jury in July.

Donald Ray Jolly, 47, of Union was indicted on four counts of statutory rape. 

The indictment listed four separate incidents between April 2018 and October 2019. Jolly is alleged to have had relations with a female under the age of 14. He was arrested in January by the Neshoba County Sheriff’s Department.

Adrian Demarkus Jackson, 21, was charged with one count of statutory rape. According to the indictment, Jackson is alleged to have had relations with a female under the age of 14 between May 1 and June 30, 2016.

Zachary Montana Jordan, 20, of Philadelphia was indicted on two counts of sexual battery and one count of statutory rape with a female who at the time was over the age of 14 and under the age of 16. The incident is alleged to have occurred in 2019.

• Brenden Brian Chadwick, 20, burglary of a dwelling;

• Jeffery C. Weaver Jr., 20, DUI manslaughter;

• Christopher C. Leach, 33, Felony DUI 3rd offense;

• Timothy Caleb Smith, 19, receiving stolen property.

• Patrick Atkinson, 40, Wendy Michelle Smith 40, Amanda Monk 31 – Count 1 - Burglary of a camp house; Count 2 – Burglary of a storage shed. (Smith will be tried as a habitual offender)

• Gregory Anton Clemons, 25, business burglary;

• Austin Allen Sullivan, 22, burglary of a dwelling;

• Lakez Deon Greer, 21, burglary of a dwelling;

• Kenya Clay, 43, uttering forgery;

• Joshua Lewis Quintana, 28, receiving stolen property (Quintana is being charged as a habitual offender.);

• Monica Diane Hunt, 29, credit card fraud;

• James Ray Clingan, 26, burglary of a trailer;

• Jaqualon Brown, 22, and Edward McCarty, 32, burglary of a dwelling;

• Lakendra Deshae Moore, Philadelphia, conspiracy to possess methamphetamine [Count I, IV], conspiracy to transfer methamphetamine [Count II, III, and V];

• Harley Welton, sale of methamphetamines;

• Carrie Elizabeth Cervantes, 28, Bailey Cumberland, 20, Daniel Job Barrier, 36, burglary of a building;

• George Glenn Robinson, 40, Lucedale, aggravated assault;

• Krystian Latrice Gates, 30, Tupelo, burglary of dwelling;

• Jasper D. Sullivan, 34, kidnapping (Sullivan is being charged as a habitual offender); and,

• Austin Todd Jarriel, 20, Philadelphia, possession of synthetic cannabinoids, possession of cocaine.
