Three men have been arrested in connection with the theft of seven ATVs in Neshoba and adjoining counties, Sheriff Eric Clark said, and they are looking for three more stolen vehicles.

The oldest incident was reported in December 2020.

Neshoba County Sheriff Eric Clark said they know one ATV has been located in Smith County and another has been reported in Attala County, although investigators are still tying up loose ends before they can reclaim that stolen property.

Among those arrested were:

• Mason Anthony, 20, 11500 Road 248, Union, who was charged with three counts of grand larceny. He was being held on a $45,000 bond.

• Blake Hagood, 19, 10400 Road 547, Philadelphia, who was charged with two counts of grand larceny. He was being held on a $30,000 bond.

• Jack D. Ross, 19, 17 Old College Street, Hickory, was charged with one count of grand larceny and released on a $15,000 bond.

Neshoba County Sheriff’s Office received a call around 1:30 a.m. on Sunday, Oct. 16, from the Bethsaida community on Road 517, Clark said.

The caller had located a stolen Honda 4-wheeler that belonged to a family member and requested Sheriff’s deputies to the location.

Deputies arrived to verify by the VIN number and determined the 2021 Honda TRX520 ATV was stolen from Newton County, Clark said.

This led to the arrest of Hagood that same day at his Road 517 residence.

Anthony turned himself in the following day, Clark said and Ross was arrested in Booneville while attending class at Northeast Mississippi Community College.

From this, Neshoba County Sheriff’s Deputies have made three arrests linked to a series of thefts that include seven stolen 4-wheelers from three adjoining counties.
