Lady Rockets advance to North State finals

It took a few extra days but the Neshoba Central Lady Rockets advanced to the next round of the playoffs with a win over Lake Cormorant on Saturday.

EC Diamond Warriors blank Northwest 4-0 to capture MACJC State Title
A one-hit shutout by right-hander Severino Signa and clutch hitting by Tim Anderson and Chase Domino helped lead East Central Community College to a 4-0 victory over Northwest Mississippi Community College and the 2013 MACJC State Championship Sunday, May 12 at Pearl River Community College in Poplarville.
