After two visits to the Neshoba County Fair, a native Scotswoman is confident an annual visit will be a new tradition for her family.

Largemouth bass are one of the most popular sport fish in Mississippi, and many anglers chase these beasts on Magnolia State's medium to large reservoirs every day. However, little waters (one acre and larger) can produce trophy bass consistently with a little help from the pond owner.

We are in the heart of summer and 4-H'ers are involved in all kinds of activities. Some of those consist of 4-H contests. Please read the following on shooting sports and the annual 4-H Pet Show. Museum Memories
The Neshoba County Fair Association began a new program by establishing the first Neshoba County Youth Achievement Award in 1959, fifty-five years ago. On Wednesday, July 29, 1959, the Board designated that day as Billy Cannon Day to honor the young Louisiana State University football star and Heisman Trophy winner, born in Neshoba County to Mr. and Mrs. Harvey W. and Virgie Cannon, Sr.
