A 108-month sentence was handed down by Senior U.S. District Judge Tom S. Lee in the case of a Philadelphia man who pleaded guilty to having sexual contact with a minor under the age of 12.
Brandon Farmer, 21, was sentenced Thursday by Senior U.S. District Judge Tom S. Lee.
After serving the sentence, Farmer will be placed on five years of supervised release. He was ordered to register as a sex offender after serving his sentence.
Farmer pleaded guilty to the crime which occurred on the tribal lands of the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians. The case was investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Choctow Police Department.
