A kitchen stove being used to heat a doublewide mobile home caused a fire that claimed the lives of three small children and injured two adults and another child early Sunday morning in rural Neshoba County, the state Fire Marshal has ruled.

His mother is Philadelphia native Olivia Williams Manning now of New Orleans.
