Union hopes to rebound vs. St. Joe

The Union Yellowjackets will try to get back on the winning track Friday night when they travel to Madison St. Joseph in prep football action.
Kickoff is set for 7 p.m.
The Yellowjackets come into the contest with a 3-2 record after losing their last two games.
Union fell 26-0 to Leake Central this past Friday night.
"Leake Central had a good team," Union Coach Brad Breland said. "They are undefeated at this point. But we are struggling right now. We have had some injuries. But we are going to get some people back this week and I think we'll be OK."
Leake Central led 10-0 after the first quarter, and added touchdown in the second period to lead 17-0 at the half.
The Gators recorded a safety in the third quarter and scored another touchdown in the fourth period to seal the victory.
Union had 56 yards in total offense.
The Yellowjackets had 52 yards rushing on 34 carries and four yards passing.
Leake Central finished with 272 total yards.
Madison St. Joseph comes into the game with a 3-2 record, having defeated Greenville St. Joseph 21-0 last week.
