The Philadelphia Tornadoes started last week with a win over Forest but dropped their next two games to Raleigh and Neshoba Central.

The Tornadoes were to close their season with a game at Clarkdale.

The Tornadoes scored four in the third and one in the fourth as they held off the Bearcats.

Johntreal Pickens recorded 12 strike outs as he took the win.

T.J. Hudson hit a double and a single to pace the Tornadoes while Fent Mars added a double. Kaylon Gray and Romon Gray both hit a single.

Raleigh 10

Philadelphia 3

The Lions proved to be too much for the Tornadoes in this game.

Kaylon Gray was the losing pitcher.

Greg Eiland hit a home run. Mars and Avery Duncan both hit singles.

Neshoba Central 10

Philadelphia 2

The Rockets got off to a quick start and held on for the win.

Neshoba Central scored four in the first, three in the second and three in the fifth. Philadelphia scored two in the first.

Pickens took the pitching loss.

Eiland belted a double to lead the Tornadoes while Pickens and Gray both hit singles.
