Race For Grace starts with a .25 mile swim which will be a one turn v shaped course in a privately owned lake located at 10391 Rd. 614 Philadelphia. There is a five second interval start according to estimated swim times.
Competitors will then move to the bike course which is an in-and-out loop course that covers 18 miles of rolling hills, a couple of steep climbs and some fast areas. The bike courses returns competitors to the start line where they will then run a 5K. That course is also in-and-out.
