Bihhi Ayasha defeated four opponents last week as it claimed the State Games of Mississippi Stickball Gold Medal.

This tournament was for ages 9-12. Starting June 30, the World Series of Stickball will get under way. It will conclude July 12 during the final night of the Choctaw Indian Fair with the Men's Division championship game.

Bihhi Ayasha defeated Tucker in a play-in game last Tuesday. They advanced to the championship game on Saturday by defeating Lil Unified and Beaver Dam. Beaver Dam had advanced to the semifinals by defeating Tiak Hikiya.

Konihatti advanced to the finals through the other side of the bracket. Konihatti opened with a win over Oka Homma while Bok Chitto defeated the Warriors in the other game.

In the semifinals, Konihatti defeated Bok Chitto.

In the finals, Bihhi Ayasha defeated Konihatti 5-4 to claim the Gold medal. Bok Chitto came back to defeat Beaver Dam in the Bronze medal game.
