Falling prey to the big play has been Neshoba Central's downfall all season.

And that trend continued Friday night as the Rockets dropped a 49-14 decision in prep football action.

"We gave up big play after big play and that was just too hard to overcome," Coach Chuck Friend said. "We are playing a lot of young kids and I see improvement. We scored and then their quarterback came back and got us on a long pass.

"The kids are working hard and I feel like we are getting better. We are not giving up."
