Vincent, Smith to exchange vows July 20

Mark and Janine Vincent of Decatur are pleased to announce the upcoming marriage of their daughter, Monica Janine, to Jordan Tyler Smith, son of James E. and Rosemary Smith of Union.
The couple will exchange vows on Saturday, July 20, 2013, at 2 in the afternoon at Clarke-Venable Baptist Church in Decatur.
Grandparents of the bride are Gary and Jimmie Dee Howell of Howell and Glenn and Kay Vincent of Agricola and the late Wanda Yonge Vincent of Agricola. The bride's great grandmother is Eugenia Howell of Central.
Grandparents of the bridegroom are the late Charles and Bonnie Lewis of Philadelphia and Earl J. and Eleana Smith of Union. The bridegroom's honorary grandparents are the late Beck and Helen Smith of Philadelphia.
Miss Vincent is a 2013 graduate of Mississippi University for Women, where she earned her bachelor of science degree in nursing. She is also a 2011 graduate of East Central Community College and a 2009 graduate of Newton County High School.
Miss Vincent is currently employed as a registered nurse with the Baptist Health Systems in Jackson.
Mr. Smith is a 2013 graduate of Mississippi State University, where he earned his bachelor of science degree in secondary education.
He is also a 2010 graduate of East Central Community College and a 2008 graduate of Union High School.
Mr. Smith is a teacher at Pisgah High School and the assistant coach of high school baseball and football as well as the head coach of junior high football.
A reception will be held immediately following the ceremony in the fellowship hall.
All friends and family are invited to attend the wedding and the reception.
