Greg McKee, President and CEO of The Citizens Bank of Philadelphia, recently announced the promotions of Mark Taylor to Senior Vice President and COO and Ray Stone to Senior Vice President and Chief Credit Officer.

Taylor is a native of Kemper County.  He received his Bachelor of Professional Accountancy degree and Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Mississippi State University.  He is a graduate of the Southern Trust School at Spring Hill College and the Mississippi School of Banking at the University of Mississippi and will complete the Graduate School of Banking at LSU this summer.

Prior to joining The Citizens Bank in 2007, Taylor held positions in the manufacturing industry and banking for 16 years serving in supervisory roles in labor relations, employee benefits and finance.

Taylor and his wife Amy have two children, Emma and Maggie.  They attend Holy Cross Catholic Church in Philadelphia.

Stone is a native of Greenwood.  

He received a Bachelor of Business Administration and a minor in Computer Science from Delta State University.

He began his career with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation in Englewood CO in 1985 as a bank examiner. He joined Zions Bancorp in 1988, and worked in mergers, acquisitions and credit administration. He returned to Mississippi in 2004 joining Trustmark Bank.  Stone has been with The Citizens Bank as senior credit officer since 2010.

He is an avid hunter and both he and his wife Emmy are dedicated dog lovers and spend any extra time they have with their extended families.
