FALL REVIVAL

Center Hill Baptist Church will hold a Fall Revival on Sept 8-11. Sunday 11:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Monday-Wednesday at 7:00 p.m. Bro. Mike Carr will be the guest speaker with Richard Boykin leading the music. The church is located at 11291 Hwy 486 Philadelphia. Everyone is welcome.



TRAIL RIDE

A Trail Ride will be held on Saturday, September 14 in south Winston County. It will leave the Indian Springs church parking lot at 10 a.m. and return in 4½-6 hours. Bring your sack lunch for the trail. Food will be served at the end of the ride by the ladies of Indian Springs.

The church is located at the intersection of Hwy. 25 and Mt. Calvary Rd.

Remus Baptist Church will hold a revival September 22-25. The time is 11 a.m. on Sunday and weeknights at 7 p.m. Bro James Lewis will be the speaker.

STOKES FAMILY REUNION

The Stokes family reunion will be held Sept. 22 at the Neshoba Lake, east of Philadelphia. Gathering time will be from 10:00 – 12:00 a.m. A covered dish lunch will be served at noon. The descendants of Charles Henry Stokes and Mattie Lou Peden, (1st wife) and their children were – Fannie Lillian Stokes, and James Carl (Jim) Stokes and Alma Idonia Brown, (2nd wife) and their children were, Robert Preston Stokes, Ollie Verner Stokes, Claudia Dell Stokes, Bessie Iness Stokes, Vira Ireen Stokes, Hettie Lee Stokes, A. FALL REVIVAL
