NCHS CLASS REUNION

The 1967 Neshoba Central High School 50th class reunion will be Saturday, April 1 at 6 p.m. at Trinity Baptist Church Family Life Center, 595 Center Avenue south, Philadelphia.

 The cost is $25 a person or $50 for couples.

REVIVAL SERVICES

St. Paul M. B. Church Youth Revival will be March 20-22 at 7 p.m. Messengers will be Rev. Jermaine Simmons, Rev. Anthony Lindsey and Rev. Lester Buckley. All are welcome.



Mars Hill Cemetery, Winston County

 BENEFIT FOR RAY GREENWOOD

The Noxapater Fire Department is hosting a benefit for Ray Greenwood on March 25.  Boston Butts will be $30 (pick-up starting at 10:30 a.m. - preordered only.) Activities include singing at 11 a.m. with the Wells Brothers Quartet, Abby and Chandler Wells and many more.

  An auction will be at 12:30 with lots of great items.  Concession and children activities are planned.

SHRINE CLUB BENEFIT

The Neshoba County Shrine Club will serve barbeque chicken plates on Saturday April 1 from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. at  Vowell’s Marketplace on Pecan Avenue.

Tickets are $8 each and are available in advance or at the point of sale.

All area Shriners and their ladies are encouraged to come out and help with the preparation and serving.

 

NOWELL FAMILY REUNION

The Nowell family reunion will be Saturday, April 8 in memory of Chester and Gladys Nowell.  It will begin at 10 a.m. on Saturday, April 8 at Northside Park Senior Citizens Center at  100 Burt Dr.



MT. ENON M.B. CHURCH FRIENDS AND FAMILY DAY

PASTOR APPRECIATION

TRAIL RIDE

A trail ride will be on Saturday, April 1 in south Winston County. It will leave the Indian Springs Church parking lot at 10 a.m. and return in 4½-6 hours. Bring your sack lunch for the trail. Food will be served at the end of the ride by the ladies of Indian Springs.

The church is located at the intersection of Highway 25 and Mt. Calvary Church Road.





Hopewell United Methodist Church Mission Program

The pastor and members of Hopewell UMC invite all churches to come share with us in our program: "The Car of Faith" on Sunday, March 26 at 3 p.m. at Hopewell UMC 10251 Road 553, Philadelphia. There will be speakers on each part of the car.

VOTER REGISTRATION

The Order of Eastern Star #327 will host a voter registration rally Saturday, March 18 starting at 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

 The rally will be held a Tamika Kelly's beauty shop on the corner of Ivy Street and Martin Luther King Junior Drive.
