Michael and Fran Killen would like to announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Kelsey Killen, to John Tubby, son of Scott and Neea Waldrop of Philadelphia. 

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Willis and Neva Killen of Philadelphia and the late Billy and Emma Dean Frazier of Picayune. Grandparents of the groom-to-be are Robert Richardson of Braselton, Georgia and Amber Parker of Philadelphia and James and Theresa Quick of Carthage and the late Glen Ferguson of Philadelphia; and Margie Ferguson of Philadelphia. 

Miss Killen is a graduate of Neshoba Central High School and a Cosmetology graduate of East Central Community College. She is currently a stylist at Lisa’s Sassy Scissors. 

The groom-to-be is a graduate of Mississippi Fire Academy and currently serves in the National Guard as a Military Police officer for the 114th Military Police Company, a firefighter for Philadelphia Fire Department, and a firefighter for Key Field Crash Rescue. 

The wedding will be at 4 o’clock in the evening at Toby Lake in Carthage June 8 with a reception to follow. Friends and relatives are invited to attend.
