The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Burl Johnson of Union. She is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. James Horton of Conehatta, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Stuart Harrell of Sebastopol and the late Mr. Burl T. Johnson, Jr. of Philadelphia. Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a strapless A-line gown with a chapel length train. The fitted bodice of ruched satin featured a sweetheart neckline and a low V-back with covered button closure. The soft tulle skirt overlay was finished with intricate, Alencon lace appliqués along the scalloped hemline.
Matching appliqués accented with beads and crystals were scattered about the overlay. An elegant floral motif medallion of embroidered lace with crystals, beads, and sequins adorned the bodice and extended below the natural waistline. Her fingertip-length veil of single layer illusion was edged with delicate, embroidered lace. The bride's bouquet was designed with white and pink roses and a vintage ruby brooch that belonged to her maternal great-grandmother, the late Ethyl Cousar O'Kelley.
Lana Adkins Chenault served as matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Jennifer Marie Coghlan, Amber Smith Clanton, Anna Laurie Ezelle, Kimberly Hannah Miles, Julie Boswell Stockton, and Beth Ann Wade.
Benjamin Charles Stokes stood as his brother's best man. Groomsmen were Victor Colby Horton, Cameron Gavin Lesley, Patrick Wade Patterson, Mitchell Dee Thomas, Mark Alan Turner, and James Mathew Woods. Ushers were James Michael Johnson and Daniel Hunter Johnson.
