Coate, Ray to wed in February 22 ceremony

David and Jill Ray of Philadelphia are pleased to announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Hailey Elizabeth Ray, to Travis Micheal Coate, son of Terry and Trajetta Coate of Chunky.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Jones and Deborah Brantley of Philadelphia and the late J.W. and Ava Nell Ray of Plattsburg.
She is also the great-granddaughter of Johnnie Ruth Holley and the late Glaston Holley and the late J.D. and Cassie Brantley all of Philadelphia. Miss Ray is a 2011 graduate of Neshoba Central High School. She is currently employed with Williams Brothers.
The prospective groom is the grandson of Tommie Sue Butts and the late James Clifton Butts of Chunky, James Roy Coate and the late Betty Grace Coate of Coffeeville, Ala. Mr. Coate is also the great-grandson of Lorene A. Smith and the late Roy Cleveland Smith of Little Rock.
Mr. Coate is a 2009 graduate of Leake Academy High School. He is presently employed with Ensign Energy.
The couple will exchange vows in a private ceremony, Saturday, Feb. 22, 2014.
The reception will follow at 6:30 in the evening at Legion State Park meeting lodge in Louisville.
All family and friends are invited to attend the reception in honor of the newlyweds.
