Services for Willis "Red" Ferguson will be held Wednesday, Jan. 29, 2014, at 2 p.m. from McClain-Hays Chapel.

The Rev. Larry Ferris will be officiating. Burial will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery in Neshoba County with McClain-Hays Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Ferguson, 78, died Saturday, Jan. 25, 2014, at Neshoba County General Hospital.

He was a native of the Arlington community in Neshoba County. He was a retired floor mechanic and worked for Donald Flooring for 20 years.

Survivors include his daughter, Rita Lillis; sons, Dennis Ferguson, Richard Ferguson, Jesse Ferguson, Bruce Ferguson and Billy Ferguson, all of Philadelphia; 16 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; sister, Myrt Agent of Covington, La.; and brother, Jimmy Ferguson of Philadelphia.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Evelyn Marie Ferguson; parents, Jessie H. and Lizzie M. Ferguson; daughter, Sandra Ferguson; one grandson; one great-grandson; sisters, Sudie Pope, Mary Lou Agent and Ruby Agent.
