Wildra Ollis Krulac

Wildra Ollis Krulac, 92, passed away on Sept. 18, 2013, at St. Jude's Hospital in Fullerton, Calif. She was born on Feb. 9, 1921, in Philadelphia, Mississippi to Claude Eugene and Mattie Lee (Anderson) Lundy.
Wildra grew up in the Bloomfield community near Philadelphia, Miss. She graduated from Bloomfield High School in 1939.Shortly after graduation she began a career as a hairdresser beginning in Philadelphia and Union, Mississippi, McKees Rocks, Penn., and retiring in 1979 from Vanity Fair (Hinshaw's) in Whittier, Calf.
She and William John Krulac, Sr. were married on Feb. 28, 1942, in Philadelphia. They were married for 70 years and lived in Kenner, La. before moving to Whittier, Calif. in 1956. Wildra was very creative and enjoyed sewing, cooking, home decorating, gardening, and styling hair.
Wildra is survived by her children: Mary Ann (Michael) Mallette of Tempe, Ariz., William John (Linda) Krulac, Jr. of Thousand Oaks, Calif. and Cynthia Jean Krulac (Marty Stiles) of Elizabeth, Co., and grandchild, Jillian Marie Krulac of Thousand Oaks, Calif.
The funeral service and interment will be held on Oct. 9, 2013, at 12 noon at Riverside National Cemetery, Riverside, Calif. alongside her husband, William.
