Thomas Logan Hill

Thomas Logan Hill, 66, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 9, 2013, at MS Baptist Medical Center in Jackson. Visitation was 6-9 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 15, 2013, at Chancellor Funeral Home in Byram.
Services were 10 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 16, 2013, in the funeral home chapel with a one hour visitation prior to service time. Interment followed at Oakgrove Baptist Church Cemetery in Philadelphia.
Mr. Hill was a native of Philadelphia, born to the late Irma Critz Hill and Margaret Adeline Wills Hill.
He was a Vietnam Veteran of the U.S. Air Force and longtime member and past president of Capital City Radio Control Club. A retired engineer from AT&T, Mr. Hill was an avid motorcyclist, pilot and member of First United Methodist Church of Clinton.
Survivors include his wife Jan H. Hill; son Robert Hill (Stephanie) of Hendersonville, Tenn.; daughters Leigh Hill Wilson (Davis) of Pearl and Teesha Hill Bradshaw (Patrick) of Yazoo City; step-daughters Leslie Townsend Roy (Chris) of Walker, La. and Kimberly Townsend Davis (Scottie) of Denham Springs, La.; brother Robert "Bob" Hill (Judy) of Springfield, Va.; sister Susan Woods (John) of Englewood, Tenn. and 11 grandchildren.
