Services for Robert K. Dyess were held Wednesday, Feb. 6, 2013, at 3 p.m. from McClain-Hays Funeral Home Chapel.

The Rev. Johnny Collins officiated. Burial followed in Linwood Cemetery in Neshoba County. McClain-Hays Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Dyess, 59, died Sunday, Feb. 3, 2013, at home.

He was a longtime resident of the Linwood community in Neshoba County.

He graduated from Neshoba Central in 1971. Mr. Dyess was a member of Linwood Baptist Church.

Survivors include his daughter, Jessica (Tommy) Lee of Abilene, Texas; grandchild, Haley Brooke Calhoun of Abilene, Texas; sister, Brenda (Billy) Beale of Canton; brother, Andy Dyess of Brandon; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Mr. Dyess was preceded in death by his brother, Tommy Dyess, and parents, Robert Roy Dyess and Imogene Dyess Barrett.

Pallbearers were Brian Dyess, Mark Dyess, Corey Dyess, Barry Dyess, Charles Bond, Nick Hearn, and Jeff Powell.
