Services for Pauline R. Clark will be held Wednesday, Dec. 4, 2013, at 2 p.m. from McClain-Hays Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Dan Howard officiating. Burial will follow in Longino Cemetery in Neshoba County. McClain-Hays Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Clark, 89, died Monday, Dec. 2, 2013, at Atwood Personal Care Home in Philadelphia.

She was born and reared in Cayce, Marshall County and lived in Collierville, Tenn., for a short period of time. She worked for the War Department in Washington, D.C., during World War II. She made her home in Memphis, Tenn., for a number of years where she worked as an executive secretary, before moving to Philadelphia in 1999 to be near her daughter. Mrs. Clark was a member of First Baptist Church in Philadelphia.

Survivors include her daughter, Lillian Luke and her husband, Thomas of Philadelphia; four grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; sister, Janie Wilbourn of Perkinston; and brothers, James Russell and Howard Russell both of Collierville, Tenn.

Mrs. Clark was preceded in death by a daughter, Linda Sue Goff; brother, Cecil Russell; and sister, Lois Coulson.
