Graveside services for Frances Williamson were held Monday, Feb. 25, 2013, at 2 p.m. from Eastlawn Cemetery.
The Rev. Mike Tuminello officiated. McClain-Hays Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Williamson, 88, of Philadelphia, died Saturday, Feb. 23, 2013, at Anderson Regional Medical Center in Meridian.
She was born in Newton County but was raised and made her home in Neshoba County. She was an accountant with the Internal Revenue Service for several years before working for Molpus Lumber Company in Philadelphia. Mrs. Williamson was a member of First Baptist Church in Philadelphia.
Survivors include two sons, John Steele of Philadelphia and J. C. "Jamie" Williamson, Jr. of Irving, Texas; two grandchildren; one great-grandchild; sisters, Bobbye Gardner of Meridian and Jeanetta Rigdon of House; and one brother, Billy Houston of Newton.
She was preceded in death by her husband, J. C. "Charlie" Williamson and one daughter, Kay Frances Williamson.
