Services for Ms. Edith Fulton-Johnson were held 11 a.m. Saturday, March 1, 2014, at Union United Methodist Church with burial following in Union City Cemetery. The Reverends Dale Moore, Johnny Collins and James Shull officiated.

Ms. Johnson, 99, died Thursday, Feb. 27, 2014, at her residence in Union.

Survivors include daughter, Ann Armstrong and husband Byron of Vicksburg; son, Tom Johnson and wife Judy of Union; three grandchildren, Robyn Johnson, Jeff Armstrong and Alyson Armstrong; brother, William "Bill" Fulton, Jr. of Philadelphia; sister-in-law, Ruth Fulton of Canton; and caregiver, Lori McFee.

Ms. Johnson is preceded in death by her husband, Mr. Walter Marvin Johnson, Jr.; parents, William Thomas Fulton and Bessie Mae Fulton; two sisters, Bettye Sue Wingate and Martha Harris; and one brother, Taylor Fulton.

Pallbearers were Jerry Harris, P.J. Henry, Jimmy Ogletree, Jimmy Darby, Joey Ezelle were Charlie Gardner.
