Services for Bobby Ruthvens were held Sunday, Sept. 22, 2013, at 3 p.m. from McClain-Hays Funeral Home Chapel.

The Reverends Nathan Moore, Benny Alford and Keith Copeland officiated. Burial followed in Cedarlawn Cemetery with McClain-Hays Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Ruthvens, 74, died Friday, Sept. 20, 2013, at his residence.

He was a native and lifelong resident of Neshoba County and worked at Taylor Machine Works for 22 years. He was owner/operator of Bobby's Country Store until his retirement. Mr. Ruthvens was a member of North Bend United Pentecostal Church.

Survivors include his wife of 53 Years, Tommie Copeland Ruthvens; son, Mark Ruthvens, both of Philadelphia; half brother, Charles Garnett of Blountstown, FL and half sister, Darlene Bozeman of Philadelphia.

Pallbearers were Rusty Benson, Shawn Burton, Ronald Joe Copeland, Stacy Copeland, Dwayne Stevens, Toby Garnett, Danny Hicks, Gene Brown, Sr., Glyn Cook and Dr. Glenn May.
