Services for Bernice Richardson Goldman were held Monday, Jan. 7, 2013, at 11 a.m. from Hope Baptist Church with the Rev. Dennis Duvall officiating. Burial followed in Hope Cemetery with McClain-Hays Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Goldman, 94, died Friday, Jan. 4, 2013, at Neshoba County General Hospital.

She was a native of Kemper County and a longtime resident of the Hope community in Neshoba County. Mrs. Goldman was a member of Hope Baptist Church where she served as church clerk for many years and was active in the choir, WMU, and the Adult Ladies Sunday School Class as long as her health allowed.

Survivors include her sons, Wayne (Madonna) Goldman and Glenn (Donna) Goldman, all of Philadelphia, Ronald (Rita) Goldman of Vicksburg and Robert (Nancy) Goldman of Brookhaven; daughter-in-law, Liz Goldman of Philadelphia; stepdaughters, Carolyn (Eddie) Reddin of Byhalia, Yvette King of Bolivar, Tenn. and Jo Clara (Floyd) Burt of Philadelphia and a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren; brother, Bobby (Linda) Richardson of Vicksburg and numerous nieces, nephews and their families.

Mrs. Goldman was preceded in death by her husband, JC Goldman, Sr.; son, JC Goldman, Jr.; parents, Buford and Vera Richardson; brother, B. H. Richardson and sister, Beatrice Carnell.

Pallbearers were Kyle Goldman, Richie Goldman, Justin Goldman, Matt Hood, Jon Goldman and Curan Carnell.
