Electrical service will be turned on at the Fairgrounds on Monday.
Cabin owners are being reminded that if their power breaker is on at the time that power is restored their service will be terminated and a $500 fine assessed.
Electrical service will not be restored until the fine is paid.
The Fair Association has asked cabin owners to conserve energy and not leave air conditioners running through the week or weekend in an unoccupied cabin.
Water service will also be restored on Monday. If it is determined that water is running in or from an unattended cabin, a $50 fine will be assessed.
These measures are not an attempt to punish anyone, but are necessary to make the Fair safe and affordable for everyone, the Fair Association said.
The 2013 Fair is July 26 through Aug. 2.
