Altar'd in concert
Altar'd will be in concert at Crossway Community Church on Holland Avenue in Philadelphia on Saturday, Jan. 11 at 7 p.m.
This event is a benefit for Honduran missions.

American Legion Post 138
The American Legion Post 138 and ladies auxillary will meet Tuesday night, Jan. 14 at 6:30 p.m. at the post home. The meal will consist of pot luck dinner and sweets.
JANUARY BIBLE STUDY
Neshoba Baptist Church of Union well be having their January Bible Study taught by Dr. Kevin Meadors the Jan. 12 -15 at 6:30 each evening. He will be teaching the book of Colossians.
Calling all seniors to come out on Thursday nights at 5 p.m. for some bingo fun at the Northside Park Senior Citizens building. There is only a $2 admission. Refreshments will be served. This is for ages 55 and up!
Laurel Hill Baptist Church will host a singing featuring Kevin Spencer. The singing will be held on Saturday, Jan. 18 at 7 p.m.

A book is being compiled on the history of Oneness Pentecostals in Neshoba County. Churches include Macedonia, North Bend, Chisolm College and others.

LIBRARY PRESCHOOL STORY TIME
The Neshoba County Public Library will have preschool story time every Wednesday at 10 a.m. Kids are invited to come listen to a story each week followed by a craft. For more information call 601-656-4911.
A homemade breakfast will be served at midnight. music will be by Sam and the Sundowners.
Sta-Home Volunteer Program
Would you like to help make a difference in the Philadelphia community?
Sta-Home has a wonderful volunteer program and we are looking for dedicated and motivated volunteers in this area to help us in patients' homes and in our offices.
We need volunteers in administrative work, in-home care and bereavement visits.

An $8 cover charge includes coffee, soft drinks and bottled water in a smoke free atmosphere. The time is 7:30-11 p.m. every Friday night.
The location is Mississippi 15 north, eight miles from the Neshoba County Coliseum. It's worth the drive.
