A book is being compiled on the history of Oneness Pentecostals in Neshoba County. Churches: Macedonia, North Bend, Chisolm College and others.

Boys & Girls Club
Boys & Girls Club of Neshoba County is selling raffle tickets for a 32 GB Ipad Mini. Chances are $5 each. Drawing will be Dec. 19. Tickets can be purchased at the Boys and Girls Club, 239 Byrd Ave. or from any board member.
One Way Quartet in Concert
The One Way Quartet will be in concert at Coldwater Baptist Church on Jan. 4 at 6 p.m. A love offering will be taken.
The public is invited to attend.
LIBRARY PRESCHOOL STORY TIME
The Neshoba County Public Library will have preschool story time every Wednesday at 10 a.m. Kids are invited to come listen to a story each week followed by a craft. For more information call 601-656-4911.
Senior Dance Club
The Senior Dance Club will have a New Year's Eve dance from 8 p.m. to midnight in the old Longino school building. The cover charge is $12 for singles and $20 for couples.
A homemade breakfast will be served at midnight. music will be by Sam and the Sundowners.
Salem Baptist Church, Burnside will have a Christmas cantata entitled "Come Let us Worship the King" by Russell Mauldin on Sunday Morning Dec. 22 at 10:30 a.m. Public is invited. Tammy Shumaker is the choir director.
On Sunday night, Dec. 22 at 6 p.m. the youth and children of Salem Baptist Church will present a Christmas musical entitled "We Three Spies" created by Christy Semsen and arranged by Daniel Semsen. Food and fellowship will follow after the play.
Sta-Home Volunteer Program
Would you like to help make a difference in the Philadelphia community?
Sta-Home has a wonderful volunteer program and we are looking for dedicated and motivated volunteers in this area to help us in patients' homes and in our offices.
We need volunteers in administrative work, in-home care and bereavement visits.
Contributions for the upkeep of Jones Cemetery may be mailed to Walter Reid, 1126 Ebenezer Church Road, Preston, Miss. 39354.
Anyone with family members at the cemetery is ask to help with its upkeep.

Selection for Neshoba County's Miss Hospitality 2014 will begin soon. This scholarship program represents Neshoba County and competes at the state level for title of Mississippi's Miss Hospitality. A family member is searching for descendants of William Nance, born in Kemper County Miss., in 1875, and Mollie Nance Litchfield, born in Kemper County in 1864.
They were children of Richard Davner Nance Sr. and Mary Jane Mayo Nance.
They were brother and sister to my grandmother, Rebecca Jane (Dinkie) Nance Ferguson. Any information will be welcome.
