Philadelphia police apprehended a man who had broken into a business in the early hours of Saturday morning.

Dmarius Lee, 20, who gave a Bounds Avenue address that officials had yet to confirm, was arrested and charged with one count of burglary of a business, a felony.

Detective Bobby Patillo said that officers responded to a call reporting an alarm at a business on 261 West Beacon Street, Philadelphia Auto Sales. He said that Lee was found inside the business by police and Sheriff’s deputies and was arrested.
“We got him while he was still there and he was not able to get anything,” Pattillo said.

Patillo said when police arrived on the scene, Lee was found rummaging through the business’ office.
