Saturday was a very pretty day. We could stand a lot more like that.

On the prayer list this week are Charles Ray and Shonda who have colds. Wyatt Pilgram was sick earlier this past week.

My brother Darnell was in the hospital but he is doing better. Remember by brother James Cumberland, his son Dwight and Anita and his grandson Jonathan and his wife in the days ahead.

My brother's wife, Dale, passed away on Wednesday.

Remember the shut ins and all the residents in our nursing home.

Also remember Larry Wilson, Michele Davis, Katie Wilson and all the cancer patients taking treatments in the area.

There are several special unspoken prayer requests.

Also Adam Moore is sick this week. Also pray for Marshell Coats.

A special hello to my cousin and his wife in Columbus. They are faithful readers of the Neshoba Democrat.

The Young at Heart Band will be going to Louisville Nursing Home on April 27. Be in prayer for them.

Carol Coats called me Saturday evening and said that Marshell was gaining his strength and started eating and drinking after several weeks of not being able to.

He is getting around so much better.

She said thanks for all the prayers that has been lifted up for him.

He is out of the nursing home and getting back to his old self.

We enjoyed the song by B.J. Long on Sunday morning and the message by Bro. Lamar Day. Be in prayer for them.

Scripture for the week. Romans 6-8 Now if died with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with them.

May God bless you and hold you in his care this week.

Thought: The unseen spirit of God is the greatest protection against sins unseen dangerous.
