Well we had a pretty spring weekend but they say rain is on its way again. Special prayer for all the cancer patients in our area. Bobby Nell Thrash is doing better and so is her daughter. Pray for all the sick in the Fork community. Pray for the churches and pastors in the Fork. Pray for my three daughters as they went to Florida for this week. Pray that they have a safe trip there and back.

Several special unspoken prayer requests this week also. Merkell's niece Dee Dee had a car wreck. Pray for her.

Happy birthday to my Aunt Jewell Hawille in Grenada on March 21. Happy birthday to Katy Bug Pilgrim on March 21.

The Young at Heart will be singing at Choctaw Residential Center at 10:30 a.m. Monday and Atwood Assisted Living at 1:15 p.m. on Monday.

The Thrash reunion will be May 4 at Sistrunk Pavillion at Sebastopol. All family and friends are invited to come.

My granddaughter called us this week. We talked for a while. I was glad to hear from them. She is having problems with her back and August needs prayers, too.

I was surprised to hear myself on Bro. Day's program Sunday morning. We always try to listen to him every Sunday morning. Thank God for men like him that tell the story of Jesus to the best of their ability. For it will take pastor or preachers preaching the truth for souls to be saved.

Thanks to the radio stations for letting the words of God go out to shut ins and people who don't get to go to church all the time.

Charles Ray spent all last week with his Dad and Donna Coats in Meridian. He called Saturday to say he made it home safe to Hattiesburg.

Raylee and Troy are having their wedding shower Sunday evening in Meridian. They are getting married June 8 at the MSU Riley Center. Best wishes to both of them.

Watch out for all the children this week since they are out of school.

God bless you this week.
