Works by about 30 artists will be a part of the Neshoba Artists Guild's annual Depot Artists Art Show and Sale this weekend.

Barn wood art, hand-carved walking canes and bottle art will be among the new works on display during the show set for Friday and Saturday.

This year will also feature four new artists to the show: Christina Lewis' barn wood art, Gary Watkins and his hand-carved walking canes, Gwin Robertson and her pastel paintings and bottle art from Mitzi Evans.

"As of right now all of the vendors are from Neshoba County," said Tourism Director Kaye Rowell said.

The depot can hold a total of 28 vendors inside and a few more outside.

"We could squeeze one more in," Rowell said.

Going into its sixth year, Rowell noted that each year has seen an increase in vendors.

The Friday night show will include a reception from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Saturday's show will be from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
