A very limited number of tickets are still available for Thursday night's "Champion of Youth" fundraiser featuring the head football coach at Mississippi State University, organizers said.

Coach Dan Mullen will speak at the steak dinner fundraiser for the Boys and Girls Club of Neshoba County beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the Neshoba County Coliseum.

The praise band Altar'd will perform at 6 p.m., followed by the meal and program.

The event will also include a silent auction.

The public is invited to the "Champions of Youth" fundraiser for a $100 donation to the club. For more information call Tarsha Love, 601-656-1050; Eric Prince, 601-656-4343; or Andrew Windham at 601-656-2761.

Mullen became the MSU Bulldogs' 32nd head coach on Dec. 10, 2008.

Prior to coming to MSU, Mullen served as offensive coordinator at the University of Florida and was also alongside Urban Meyer at Utah, where he was quarterback coach of the Utes during their undefeated 2004 season. In just four full regular seasons, Mullen has revitalized and re-energized the Mississippi State fan base. Supporters have turned out in record numbers and capacity crowds to support the Bulldogs under his leadership.
