Two adults and eight minors were arrested at a residence on Holland Avenue after enforcement agents with the Mississippi Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) along with the Sheriff's Department served a search warrant after receiving a tip about an underage drinking party, the authorities said.

Agents searched the residence at 552 Holland Ave. on Nov. 16, seizing and destroying approximately 15 gallons of mixed alcoholic beverages and a keg of beer. The search of the residence also discovered equipment used to manufacture fake Mississippi driver's licenses. Agents seized a computer, printer, laminator, and other items such as blank card stock and ultraviolet ink.

Colby Breazeale, 19, was arrested and charged with manufacturing fraudulent driver's licenses, possession of a fraudulent driver's license, possession of beer by a minor, furnishing beer to persons under 21 and possession of alcoholic beverages by a minor.

He was cited and released to appear in the Neshoba County Justice Court.

Samantha Tolbert, 21, sister of Colby Breazeale, was charged with nine counts of violation of the Social Host law for knowingly allowing persons under the age of 21 to consume alcoholic beverages and/or beer.

She was also released to appear in Neshoba County Justice Court.

Eight other minors present at the scene were charged with underage possession and issued citations.

The ABC Bureau of Enforcement and the Mississippi Bureau of Investigation (MBI) are continuing the investigation regarding manufacturing of fake driver's licenses and more arrests are possible.
