Three individuals have been arrested and charged in an ATV theft from a residence on Highway 19 south.

James Clingan, 35, of 1090 Road 549, was arrested and charged with grand larceny, possession of stolen property, and one count of petit larceny, according to the Neshoba County Sheriff’s Office.

The investigation also led to the arrest of William Jones, 53, 10920 Road 387, who was charged with two counts of burglary of an unoccupied dwelling and Destinee Spink, 23, of 10321 Highway 16 East, was charged with two counts of burglary of an unoccupied dwelling in December.
