A Philadelphia man faces multiple charges stemming from an automobile burglary at a residence on Northwest Street on March 3.
Tony Lashay Triplett, 40, of 410 Austin St., is charged with burglary, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and assault on a police officer.
Chief of Police Grant Myers said Triplett is charged with biting the officer on the leg.
“The bite did not break the officer’s skin but it did cause bruising,” he said.
